- • The HRIS Manager – Workday is responsible for enabling, supporting, and continuously improving Human Capital Management solutions within Workday, serving as a subject matter expert across Workday Core HCM and related functional areas to ensure system stability, data integrity, compliance, and scalable solutions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing ongoing support and maintenance for Workday Core HCM modules (Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation, Recruiting), configuring business processes, supporting benefits events and compensation cycles, designing and maintaining reports and dashboards, administering Workday security, overseeing testing and development environments, leading bi-annual Workday release management, analyzing HR business processes for improvement, translating user needs into system solutions, partnering cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors, documenting configurations and workflows, and developing and delivering functional training and job aids.
