- • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise collaboration solutions within Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online, aligned to organizational modernization strategies.
- • Drive adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 and Copilot capabilities by partnering with business stakeholders, delivering enablement strategies, and improving user experiences across the organization.
- • Lead and support organizational change initiatives to promote modern work practices and increase adoption of digital workplace tools.
- • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to collaboration engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence.
- • Lead and execute complex projects related to collaboration platform enhancements, migrations, and integrations, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Infrastructure, Applications, and Cloud) to integrate Microsoft 365 and Copilot into broader enterprise architecture.
- • Evaluate and implement emerging Microsoft technologies, including Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and other extensibility solutions to enhance productivity, automation, and business process integration.
- • Develop and maintain architectural documentation, technical standards, and operational procedures to support scalable and sustainable collaboration services.
- • Implement and enforce security, compliance, governance, and data loss prevention (DLP) controls across Microsoft 365 workloads, including considerations for responsible AI and data governance.
- • Identify and lead initiatives that drive automation, efficiency gains, and enhanced digital workplace experiences leveraging PowerShell, Power Platform, and other automation tools.
- • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex collaboration platform issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
- • Partner with leadership and business stakeholders to define and evolve digital workplace and collaboration strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- • Stay current with Microsoft roadmap developments, Copilot advancements, and industry trends to continuously evolve the organization’s collaboration and AI capabilities.
- • Participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours operations as needed.
- • Perform additional duties and strategic initiatives as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise collaboration platforms with a focus on Microsoft technologies
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 workloads (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
- • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven productivity tools, including adoption, governance, and use-case development
- • Foundational knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and exposure to Copilot Studio or similar automation/AI development tools
- • Understanding of data governance, compliance, and DLP frameworks within Microsoft 365 and AI-powered environments
