• • The Collateral Underwriter at CrossCountry Mortgage is responsible for assessing all subject collateral originated through the retail platform for conventional loans, ensuring compliance with agency and investor guidelines.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating appraisal reports, completing timely collateral reviews, maintaining communication with appraisers, processors, and originators, and collaborating with the Post Closing Department on closed file stipulations.
