Collections Analyst

📋 Description

• • As a Collections Analyst at Monks, you will ensure timely recovery of accounts receivable, optimize cash flow, and minimize delinquency by managing a customer portfolio and driving collection efforts.
• • Day to day, you will monitor customer accounts and aging, contact clients via phone and email to negotiate payment agreements, record collection activities in NetSuite, coordinate with the commercial team to resolve billing disputes, generate alerts for at-risk accounts, and prepare performance reports on DSO, recovery rate, and aging.
