• • The Collections Specialist at Panoptyc, Inc. is a proactive and systematic professional responsible for managing the full accounts receivable cycle to ensure healthy cash flow and strong client relationships.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include high-volume invoice follow-up via phone and email, account reconciliation, negotiating payment plans, resolving billing disputes, maintaining accurate AR aging reports, and serving as the primary point of contact for client billing inquiries.
• • The role sits within the Finance team and reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager, supporting Panoptyc’s mission to revolutionize loss prevention through visual AI across 15,000+ U.S. retail markets.
• • The specialist will develop expertise in B2B collections, financial negotiation, data-driven prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration while building long-term client partnerships and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
