Collections Specialist (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• • As a Collections Specialist at Optro Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the company’s cash flow by managing accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and payment processing, directly supporting financial stability and growth.
• • Day to day, you will report to the AR Lead, complete vendor setup forms, submit invoices through vendor portals, distribute invoices via Tesorio campaigns, identify delinquent accounts, manage dunning processes, perform collection outreach, handle cash applications, and assist with accounting close and ad hoc projects while maintaining professional, customer-first communication.
• • You will join the Accounting Department’s Accounts Receivable team at Optro, a leading audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform trusted by over 50% of the Fortune 500 and recognized as one of the 500 fastest-growing tech companies in North America for seven consecutive years.
