• • As a Commerce Operations Strategist at Tinuiti, you will develop and execute strategies to grow clients' marketplace businesses, leveraging expertise in commerce operations to drive success through best-in-class brand presence, operational excellence, and retail relationship management.
• • Day to day, you will own and support relationships with key clients and decision-makers, including C-Level teams, aiming for a Client Satisfaction score of 9 or above and Client Retention of 95% or above, while developing and overseeing comprehensive marketplace strategies including demand forecasting, catalog management, content optimization, operational efficiency, advertising, channel management, and business reporting.

• • In this role, you will learn to integrate Tinuiti’s product and technology suite into commerce operations, analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights, collaborate across teams to enhance agency performance, and demonstrate fluency in commerce platforms such as Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Brand Registry, while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and ownership.
