  • • Hunt and acquire new commercial and mid-market enterprise clients in South Korea, focusing on new business development to expand Workato’s market presence.
  • • Build and execute a comprehensive territory plan targeting South Korea’s largest enterprises, identifying key decision-makers and strategic opportunities.
  • • Sell directly to enterprise customers and through channel partners to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
  • • Multi-thread with C-level executives across multiple business units within target accounts, aligning sales efforts with marketing, SDRs, and partner sales teams.
  • • Maintain full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, leveraging a hunter mentality to break into new accounts and drive revenue.
  • • Report to the Regional Sales Manager while operating with autonomy in daily execution and strategic planning.
  • • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, requiring strong negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
  • • Leverage deep understanding of the South Korean enterprise market to tailor messaging, identify pain points, and position Workato’s iPaaS and AI orchestration platform effectively.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally to craft large, complex deals by integrating insights from product, engineering, and customer success teams.
  • • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and proactive pipeline generation.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving market dynamics, product updates, and competitive landscape changes in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • • Demonstrate resilience and persistence in pursuing new opportunities while maintaining a customer-centric approach and ethical sales practices.
  • • Operate effectively in a high-autonomy, trust-oriented culture that values ownership, innovation, and work-life balance.
  • • Represent Workato as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, emphasizing platform security, scalability, and enterprise-grade automation capabilities.
  • • Utilize CRM tools and sales methodologies to track progress, document interactions, and ensure accurate reporting of pipeline and deal status.
  • • Stay informed on industry trends in enterprise automation, AI integration, and cloud infrastructure to enhance credibility and sales effectiveness.
  • • Engage with local business networks and industry events in South Korea to build visibility and generate qualified leads.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role with a proven hunter mentality
  • • Demonstrated success in acquiring new enterprise logos and building territories from the ground up
  • • Experience handling and owning relationships with enterprise companies, preferably in the South Korea market
  • • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quota
  • • Fluent in both Korean and English
