📋 Description

  • As a Commercial Account Manager at Zip, you will serve as a trusted advisor and product consultant, driving ROI through efficient, value-based renewal and upsell cycles for enterprise customers.
  • Day to day, you will partner with Customer Success to monitor health scorecards, identify customer needs, negotiate renewal contracts, develop win/win strategies, manage multi-year accounts, and provide regular updates to management while escalating when needed.
  • Zip is an AI-powered enterprise procurement platform backed by top investors including Tiger Global and Y Combinator, trusted by industry leaders like T-Mobile, OpenAI, and AMD, with a mission to orchestrate procurement across teams, tools, and suppliers using AI agents.
  • In this role, you will become a product and procurement expert, use cutting-edge sales intelligence tools, adapt to a fast-moving startup environment, and help shape sales processes while contributing to team culture and customer value realization.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of technology SaaS experience
  • Experience selling to procurement, finance, or legal teams
  • Experience driving customer retention and adoption of SaaS products for enterprise accounts
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Clari, Zoominfo, LinkedIn SalesNav, and Outreach
  • Strong customer management skills including sales, account management, and customer service
  • Self-driven, organized, efficient, and excellent communicator
