- • As a Senior Commercial and Corporate Counsel at Tools for Humanity, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s mission to build a trusted human network in the age of AI by managing complex commercial transactions and strategic partnerships that drive growth and innovation.
- • You will lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of sophisticated commercial agreements—including strategic partnerships, enterprise deals, technology integrations, SaaS contracts, and vendor arrangements—while advising cross-functional teams on risk, structure, and execution in a fast-moving, global environment.
- • You will join a world-class legal team within a mission-driven company backed by top-tier investors and composed of experts from OpenAI, Tesla, SpaceX, Apple, Google, and more, working at the forefront of blockchain, digital identity, and AI infrastructure.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in emerging tech transactions, refine scalable contracting processes, and gain exposure to corporate governance, M&A, and strategic initiatives—positioning you to make a lasting impact on the evolution of digital trust and human-centric technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–10+ years of experience as a Commercial, Technology Transactions, Corporate, M&A, or Emerging Companies attorney at a top law firm or in-house, with a combination preferred.
- • Significant hands-on experience drafting, negotiating, and managing sophisticated commercial transactions and strategic partnerships.
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and build trust-based relationships across legal and business teams.
- • Practical, business-oriented judgment and problem-solving ability to balance legal risk, commercial objectives, and operational realities.
- • Ability to work primarily in-person in San Francisco, CA, with openness to occasional international travel.
- • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, adaptability, initiative, and integrity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
