📋 Description

• • As Commercial Counsel for LATAM at Binance Holdings Limited, you will provide strategic legal guidance to support the company’s commercial operations across Latin America, ensuring compliance with regional regulations while enabling business growth in the fast-evolving cryptocurrency and blockchain sector.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts such as partnership agreements, vendor contracts, service level agreements, and licensing arrangements; advising on regulatory risks related to digital assets, payments, and fintech activities; collaborating with product, compliance, and business teams to structure legally sound initiatives; and monitoring legislative developments across key LATAM jurisdictions to assess impact on Binance’s operations.
