- • As a Commercial Customer Success Manager at Workato, you will ensure the success and adoption of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform for assigned customers, driving retention, growth, and value realization.
- • Day to day, you will develop and maintain strategic customer relationships, provide technical product expertise, coach and mentor the CSM team, serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, and deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform product and team decisions.
