- • As a Commercial Customer Success Manager at Workato, you will drive customer success and adoption of the Intelligent Automation Platform, ensuring clients achieve measurable business value through effective implementation and ongoing support.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing strategic customer relationships, providing technical product expertise, acting as a trusted advisor, managing escalations, coaching team members, and analyzing usage data to inform product decisions and drive expansion opportunities.
- • You will join Workato’s Commercial Customer Success team, a growing group focused on helping mid-market and enterprise clients maximize the impact of automation across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS, customer lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to team growth and influencing product roadmap through customer insights.
