- • As a Commercial Energy Auditor at CLEAResult, you will play a vital role in advancing the company’s mission to create a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future by conducting on-site energy audits and installing efficiency measures for commercial and industrial clients.
- • Day to day, you will travel throughout a defined territory in Central Louisiana using a company-provided vehicle to meet with business owners and operators, perform entry-level commercial energy audits, install energy efficiency measures, conduct pre- and post-installation verifications, and document all activities in compliance with program requirements.
- • You will join a people-first team at CLEAResult that values trust, accountability, and transparency, where employees are respected and given equal opportunities to thrive while contributing to community sustainability efforts.
- • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in energy efficiency programs, develop technical and customer service skills, receive on-the-job training, and build a foundation for career growth in the growing field of clean energy and sustainability.
🎯 Requirements
- • Ability to travel daily throughout a defined territory using a company-provided vehicle
- • Experience in industries such as construction, facility maintenance, or installation
- • Strong customer service skills to engage with clients and contractors
- • Valid driver’s license in Louisiana with a driving record meeting CLEAResult’s safety standards
- • Must be at least 21 years of age
- • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, crouching, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and using power tools
