- • As the Associate General Manager for Livewell Pharmacy at Hims & Hers Health, Inc., you will serve as the first dedicated on-site operations leader responsible for stabilizing, scaling, and preparing a growing mail-order pharmacy facility in North York, Ontario for expansion and transition to a new site. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and scalability in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
- • You will own day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring performance across safety, quality, compliance, throughput, and service levels while leading and supporting a team of pharmacists, technicians, and assistants to meet site KPIs and volume targets. Your responsibilities include identifying and eliminating workflow inefficiencies, implementing standardized and repeatable processes, executing a prioritized remediation and improvement roadmap across facilities, safety, security, and operational efficiency, and driving both quick wins and long-term infrastructure and process upgrades.
- • You will support facility expansion efforts, including new site buildout, equipment installation, and workflow design, while partnering with US- and Canada-based cross-functional teams in Compliance, Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Security, Transportation, and others to implement and track initiatives. As the primary on-site point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, you will communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively.
- • You will partner with the Head Pharmacist to ensure adherence to all applicable Canadian pharmacy regulations, work with Compliance and Quality teams to maintain and improve SOPs and audit readiness, reinforce a culture of safety, accountability, and operational discipline, and establish and track KPIs across safety, quality, productivity, throughput, and employee engagement.
- • You will implement operating rhythms such as daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, and retrospectives, and prepare the site for increased volume, new programs, and growing operational complexity. This role offers the opportunity to build systems from the ground up, solve real-time operational challenges, and transform a developing site into a high-performing, scalable operation that supports Hims & Hers’ mission of delivering accessible, affordable, and personalized healthcare.
- • About the team or company: Hims & Hers is a leading health and wellness platform redefining healthcare by putting the customer first and delivering access to care that is affordable, accessible, and personal—from diagnosis to treatment to delivery. As a public company traded on the NYSE under ticker HIMS, the organization is committed to normalizing health and wellness challenges and innovating on solutions to make better health outcomes easier to achieve. The company fosters a talent-first, flexible/remote work culture and is dedicated to building a diverse workforce grounded in ethics, wellness, and belonging.
- • What the person can learn or achieve in this role: You will gain deep expertise in leading operations within a highly regulated pharmacy environment, develop advanced skills in change management and process optimization across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, and build a track record of scaling operational infrastructure in preparation for growth. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of a critical healthcare logistics site, drive measurable improvements in safety and efficiency, and prepare for advancement into broader operations leadership within a mission-driven, innovative healthcare company.
