- • Work as a dynamic team providing best in class service and support in the commercial real estate space.
- • First American is looking to add an Escrow Officer to our growing Specialized Commercial Services team.
- • In this role, you will work in a fast-paced setting supporting the team in a variety of ways, including coordinating title searches for commercial transactions, establishing new commercial escrow accounts, and processing escrow documents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- • This position plays a key role in transforming the commercial real estate experience by empowering our employees and customers to deliver next-generation solutions and results.
- • You will be responsible for coordinating and tracking completion of title searches for commercial transactions, pricing commitments, endorsements, policies, and guarantees, working cross-functionally with Underwriting to review and approve documentation, ensuring that all funds are properly accounted for and disbursed, and completing closing by reviewing, recording, and filing documents.
- • You will also be responsible for preparing regular reports on the status of the escrow account and providing these reports to the parties involved in the transaction, preparing legal documents for the closure of the sale, and complying with regulatory requirements.

- • Flexible with the ability to multi-task and handle all aspects of title support
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • 3-5 years of commercial title and escrow related experience
