• Our Finance team shapes the company's future by directing capital to high-impact investments, developing robust financial strategies, and ensuring we deliver long-term value while pursuing our ambitious mission.
• Support the Commercial teams in building their strategy and understanding their financial performance.
• Work with Commercial leadership to manage data and model strategic initiatives to drive the long-term growth of the business.
• Own the commercial strategy planning and ensure accurate reporting that supports both operational performance and strategic initiatives.
• Be a trusted partner to the country leadership, helping shape business performance through data-driven insights and rigorous data analysis.
• Support the wider business on business cases for various new initiatives, running independent work streams.
• Provide proactive, insightful, high-quality analysis to support decision making in the context of wider business implications.
• Collate competitor intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven strategy experience in an international, fast-paced environment (startup environment or consultancy).
• Analytical problem-solver and critical thinker, with experience working with large data sets, strong attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Good business sense, with strong ability to understand and influence the underlying drivers of performance to help drive the top and bottom line.
• Experience in business partnering ideally with commercial teams, to formulate and appraise appropriate strategies, and support delivery of annual and long-range plans.
• Adaptable and proactive, comfortable managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-changing business environment.
• Strong communicator and collaborator, able to ask the right questions, interpret information effectively, and build relationships with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations) and senior management.
• Fluent in French & English, with proven ability to present recommendations clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders, both in writing and orally.
• Advanced Excel and/or G-Suite skills, leveraging data analysis and AI tools to improve accuracy.
