📋 Description
- • Manage end-to-end ETL processes for external data provided by assigned customer accounts to support global commercial sales and marketing analytics.
- • Collaborate with customer accounts to acquire periodic data on agreed schedules and verify data is in a loadable and usable format.
- • Stage incoming data, resolve load errors, and ensure data completeness and accuracy through coordination with internal partners.
- • Maintain accurate data cleansing processes, including material and account cross-referencing, to support reliable reporting.
- • Load validated data into all analytics and reporting systems, ensuring seamless integration and accessibility for downstream users.
- • Resolve data-related issues directly with internal teams and external customers, acting as the primary point of contact for data quality concerns.
- • Conduct regular mass validations during critical reporting periods to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
- • Onboard and integrate new customer accounts into the data pipeline, ensuring alignment with existing processes and standards.
- • Serve as the subject matter expert on external data sources, providing guidance to Analytics, Finance, Operations, and Sales teams.
- • Identify, propose, and execute process improvement initiatives such as optimizing load timing, enhancing data cleansing, and documenting workflows.
- • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and changes across cross-functional projects, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- • Adapt to strategic priorities and shift focus as needed to support evolving business requirements and global initiatives.
- • Utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently for data analysis, validation, and reporting tasks.
- • Apply basic to intermediate SQL knowledge to query, validate, and manipulate data across databases.
- • Use basic to intermediate Power BI skills to interpret data outputs and support analytical needs.
- • Work with globally dispersed teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
- • Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- • Communicate effectively in English at a B2 level, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to present findings to all organizational levels.
