  • • As a Commercial Negotiation Specialist at VTEX, you will oversee and streamline commercial review and management processes, ensuring contracts are reviewed efficiently, risks are identified and escalated, and internal stakeholders receive clear guidance and tools. This role is critical to aligning commercial deals with company goals, margins, and market positioning while balancing legal risk with business priorities.
  • • You will own pricing strategy and deal structuring, review and approve commercial proposals, lead renewals and renegotiations, support Sales with financial modeling and scenario building, manage end-to-end deal approval processes, and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations to ensure deals are structured efficiently and executed smoothly.
  • • You will join VTEX, a global composable commerce platform trusted by 2,400+ B2B and B2C customers across 43 countries, with over 1,300 employees across 25 locations in 16 countries. The company is known for its high-growth, challenge-driven culture and commitment to innovation in commerce technology.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in pricing, deal desk, and commercial finance within a SaaS environment, develop advanced stakeholder management and negotiation skills, and contribute to optimizing revenue and customer lifetime value through strategic deal structuring and process improvement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Background in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (ecommerce/SaaS background is a plus)
  • • 3–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Finance, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
  • • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills in English; advanced proficiency in English (Portuguese and Spanish proficiency is a plus)
  • • Available to work on site from Monday to Thursday in Rio de Janeiro or SĂŁo Paulo offices
  • • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence decisions across organizational levels
  • • Attentive to detail with a sense of quality and comfort working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
