  • • The Commercial Partnerships Lead role is pivotal to our growth strategy, focusing on the creation and execution of a robust partner engine designed to generate significant, measurable revenue through global accounting and advisory firms. Success in this role will be characterized by the ability to establish executive-level influence within partner organizations, develop differentiated joint propositions that are integral to client transformation programs, and consistently contribute to sales pipeline and closed deals.
  • • This is a senior, commercially oriented position for a seasoned operator capable of transforming strategic alliances into sustainable, long-term growth engines for Light. You will be instrumental in shaping our partner ecosystem and driving mutual success.
  • • Based in London and operating in a hybrid work model, this role requires close collaboration with our Sales and Marketing teams. Your primary objective will be to strategically position and activate Light within key advisory and accounting firms, differentiating our offering in a competitive partner landscape and cultivating enduring relationships that fuel partner-led revenue growth.
  • • Key responsibilities include:
  • • Executing the overarching partnerships strategy and collaborating with the Light leadership team to refine and implement the strategic plan.
  • • Identifying, prioritizing, and actively engaging new and existing advisory and accounting partners in alignment with Light’s strategic objectives and growth targets.
  • • Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to conceptualize and deliver integrated, partner-led client propositions that offer unique value.
  • • Negotiating, structuring, and effectively managing strategic agreements with accounting partners to ensure mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships.
  • • Establishing and nurturing strong, executive-level relationships within partner organizations to foster alignment, drive influence, and unlock growth opportunities.
  • • Leading and collaborating on partner enablement initiatives, including comprehensive training programs, product updates, joint webinars, and co-marketing campaigns to ensure partners are well-equipped to represent Light.
  • • Conducting regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing performance forums to meticulously track results, identify areas for improvement, and drive decisive action.
  • • Owning the performance tracking, reporting, and insight generation across all accounting partnerships, providing critical data to guide strategic prioritization and decision-making.
