- • Own end-to-end administration of SalesLoft, including user provisioning, settings configuration, and platform governance to ensure optimal system functionality.
- • Build, upload, and maintain sales cadences aligned with go-to-market priorities and Commercial Programs campaign calendars, ensuring content accuracy and consistent formatting across teams.
- • Manage cadence libraries, templates, and tagging conventions to enable clean organization, easy discoverability, and efficient reuse by sales teams.
- • Monitor and analyze cadence performance metrics including open rates, reply rates, step completion rates, and conversion outcomes to assess effectiveness.
- • Build and maintain dashboards and regular reporting cadences that surface actionable insights for Sales Ops and Commercial Programs leadership.
- • Identify underperforming cadences and collaborate with stakeholders to test, iterate, and optimize messaging, sequencing, and timing for improved results.
- • Develop and implement A/B testing frameworks to drive continuous improvement in cadence effectiveness and engagement outcomes.
- • Manage and maintain integrations between SalesLoft and adjacent sales systems such as CRM, marketing automation, enrichment tools, and data platforms.
- • Build, monitor, and troubleshoot automated workflows to ensure reliable data flow and seamless process execution across the sales technology stack.
- • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and IT teams to scope, implement, and QA integration enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- • Document integration architecture and maintain a system-of-record for automation logic, dependencies, and configuration changes.
- • Proactively identify inefficiencies in platform configurations and propose solutions to improve sales rep productivity and program outcomes.
- • Stay current on SalesLoft product updates and evaluate new features for potential adoption to enhance platform capabilities.
- • Translate business requirements from Sales and Commercial Programs teams into technical platform solutions and operational improvements.
- • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials to support SalesLoft adoption and user proficiency.
- • Ensure data hygiene and accurate configuration across all sales engagement systems to support reliable reporting and automation.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align platform operations with commercial priorities and revenue goals.
- • Maintain high accuracy in data management, platform configuration, and documentation to support scalable and repeatable sales operations.
- • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders to facilitate adoption and alignment across departments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or sales technology administration role
- • Hands-on SalesLoft experience, including cadence management, reporting, and platform administration
- • Proven ability to manage integrations and automations between SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar)
- • Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards to communicate performance data
- • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data management and platform configuration
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
