- • Serve as a Commercial Sales Engineer within Delinea’s go-to-market team, partnering with account managers to present technical solutions that address customer business challenges to both technical and business stakeholders.
- • Establish and lead a gold standard demo approach that authentically represents Delinea’s vision for Privilege Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- • Design and execute world-class Proof of Value (PoV) and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements that demonstrate the unique value and differentiation of Delinea’s Identity Security Platform.
- • Collaborate with clients’ senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and validate use cases aligned with their Identity and Access Management (IAM) and PAM investment strategies.
- • Develop innovative programs and concepts to generate pipeline growth within the Enterprise Service Provider (ESP) target customer base.
- • Articulate Delinea’s product vision, strategy, and technical capabilities to prospects, customers, and partners with clarity and credibility.
- • Act as a trusted advisor by building long-term relationships with technical and business stakeholders, earning recognition as a subject matter expert in Identity and Access Management.
- • Translate business requirements into technical metrics and business cases that justify IAM & PAM investments, combining financial and operational impact analysis.
- • Identify and address technical blockers that impede the closure of sales opportunities by providing expert guidance and solution alignment.
- • Engage in public speaking, industry events, content creation, and social media outreach to build brand awareness and drive pipeline.
- • Monitor and analyze industry trends in Identity Security, including PAM, IAM, IGA, CIEM, and DREAM, to identify growth opportunities for Delinea’s product roadmap.
- • Provide direct feedback to Product Management on customer and prospect needs, translating market insights into actionable feature requests and product enhancements.
- • Demonstrate deep proficiency in cloud-computing technologies, containers, and their integration with identity security solutions.
- • Leverage working knowledge of MS Windows, MS SQL Server, Active Directory, and UNIX/Linux environments to support technical discussions and solution design.
- • Apply understanding of authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, LDAP, PKI, and Kerberos to evaluate and recommend appropriate security architectures.
- • Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, bridging gaps between security requirements and business outcomes.
- • Maintain awareness of competitive solutions in the Identity & PAM space, including CyberArk, Thycotic, Centrify, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, Savyient, ForgeRock, OneIdentity, Okta, and Ping.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrable experience building trusted advisor relationships with technical and business stakeholders
- • High proficiency in cloud-computing technologies, containers, and their security implications
- • Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS SQL Server, Active Directory, and UNIX/Linux
- • Working knowledge of authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth, LDAP, PKI, and Kerberos
- • Ability to articulate the convergence of PAM, IAM, IGA, CIEM, and related identity security domains
- • Experience with at least one major Identity & PAM vendor (e.g., CyberArk, Thycotic, SailPoint, Okta, Ping)
