📋 Description • Own the full-cycle sales motion for Triple Whale’s fastest-growing segment—mid-market and enterprise eCommerce brands doing $5-100M in annual revenue. You will source, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close net-new logos while expanding existing accounts, directly shaping the next $50M in ARR. • Run a disciplined, data-driven pipeline: prospect daily via outbound sequences, warm referrals, and strategic partnerships; maintain 3-4x coverage at all times; forecast within 5 % accuracy every week; and report insights that refine our ICP, messaging, and pricing. • Become the trusted analytics advisor to C-suite and VP-level operators. Map complex org charts, uncover pain around attribution chaos, rising CAC, and creative fatigue, then translate Triple Whale’s dashboards, attribution models, and AI insights into board-level ROI stories. • Architect multi-threaded deals that bundle platform seats, data warehouse integrations, and premium services. Structure annual or multi-year contracts with usage-based upsell triggers, achieving >130 % net-dollar retention. • Collaborate daily with Marketing to launch ABM campaigns, with Product to beta-test new features, and with Customer Success to design seamless hand-offs that turn closed-won deals into glowing case studies and referrals. • Build and iterate the mid-market playbook: objection-handling cards, ROI calculators, demo scripts, and mutual-action plans that cut sales cycles to <45 days and lift win-rates above 35 %. • Mentor junior AEs and SDRs through call coaching, deal reviews, and win/loss analysis; contribute to hiring and onboarding as the team scales from 8 to 20 reps over the next 18 months. • Represent Triple Whale at marquee DTC events, podcasts, and webinars, amplifying our thought-leadership and feeding top-of-funnel with high-intent prospects. • Champion customer feedback to Engineering and Product, ensuring our roadmap stays laser-focused on merchant pain points and emerging channel complexity (iOS updates, cookieless tracking, AI creative generation). • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets ($1.5M+ ARR per year) while maintaining CAC payback <9 months and NPS >60 from every client you bring on board.
