- • Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies to meet customer requirements.
- • Translate complex customer needs into scalable, performant, and maintainable Dash0 implementations tailored to real-world environments.
- • Develop and execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) that demonstrate Dash0’s differentiated technical capabilities and business value.
- • Deliver technical demos and presentations to both engineering teams and executive audiences, tailoring communication to audience level.
- • Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to position Dash0 as the technical solution of choice.
- • Provide architecture guidance on observability setup, telemetry data modeling, and OpenTelemetry collector design.
- • Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates for consistent customer engagements.
- • Collaborate with Product Management to provide technical feedback that influences product roadmap and feature prioritization.
- • Act as a trusted technical advisor to commercial customers and prospects, bridging the gap between product capabilities and customer outcomes.
- • Ensure customers realize the full technical value of Dash0 through hands-on implementation support and best practice recommendations.
- • Work seamlessly across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align technical delivery with business goals.
- • Maintain deep expertise in modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices to advise customers on observability adoption.
- • Apply hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization in cloud-native environments.
- • Contribute to technical enablement by sharing insights and documentation that improve team-wide effectiveness.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep technical knowledge in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.
- • Hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization.
- • Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
- • Excellent communication skills to explain complex observability concepts clearly to engineers and decision-makers.
- • Ability to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and POCs that prove business value.
- • Collaborative mindset with proven experience working across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
