📋 Description

• • The Commercial Title Assistant supports commercial and industrial title processes by collating and gathering information, responding to inquiries, and reviewing and validating data accuracy and completeness. This role is essential to ensuring smooth title and escrow operations across First American’s Mortgage Services, Commercial, Direct, and Agency divisions.
• • Day to day, the role involves performing administrative duties requiring knowledge of title policies and practices, creating and maintaining files and reports, monitoring workflow, responding to inquiries to resolve title process issues, preparing documentation, and communicating with internal and external groups.
