📋 Description

• • As a Commercial Title Examiner at First American Financial Corporation, you will play a vital role in ensuring large-scale real estate transactions close smoothly and securely by analyzing public records, verifying ownership, and identifying title issues for office buildings and multi-property portfolios.
• • Day to day, you will manage complex commercial title projects, search and examine data across jurisdictions, verify legal property descriptions, review deeds and liens, prepare title commitments, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with underwriters and internal partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
