📋 Description

• • As a Commercial Title Examiner at First American Financial Corporation, you will play a vital role in ensuring large-scale real estate transactions close smoothly and securely by analyzing public records, verifying ownership, and identifying title issues for commercial properties across Kansas and Missouri.
• • Day to day, you will manage complex commercial title projects, search and examine property data across jurisdictions, verify legal descriptions, review deeds and liens, prepare title commitments, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
