- • As a Commercial Title Officer at Stewart Title Guaranty Company, you will play a critical role in supporting real estate transactions by ensuring title insurability and facilitating smooth closings for commercial clients nationwide.
- • Day to day, you will work directly with customers, attorneys, and lenders in an advisory capacity to resolve title-related issues prior to closing, communicate with stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation, and follow established procedures to clear title defects such as missing or contradictory information in title commitments.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience in title services, real estate, or a related field
- • Ability to communicate moderately complex information clearly in routine situations, both internally and externally
