- • Prospect, qualify, and appoint commercial vehicle insurance agencies within a virtual market to drive profitable sales and growth
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with appointed agencies to ensure long-term partnership and performance
- • Exceed annual KPIs including new business production, direct written premium, and loss ratio targets through effective agency management
- • Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize territory performance
- • Terminate agencies for lack of production, unprofitable results, or failure to meet company standards
- • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to team members, providing coaching and support for development and performance improvement
- • Recommend agencies for participation in profit-sharing programs, rewards, and special sales incentives
- • Provide strategic insights and competitive intelligence to leadership on agency performance and market dynamics
- • Solicit and evaluate new agency candidates for their potential to generate quality new business
- • Embrace and model company initiatives while consistently exceeding performance expectations
- • Operate in a fully remote environment with responsibility for managing virtual agent relationships and sales pipelines
- • Utilize inside sales techniques to drive agency acquisition and retention without in-person field visits
- • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while managing agency appointments and terminations
- • Leverage strategic collaboration to align agency goals with organizational objectives and drive collective success
- • Receive company-provided technology equipment including laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse
- • Utilize a dedicated, private home workspace with reliable internet (minimum 50 MB download / 5 MB upload) to perform job duties
🎯 Requirements
- • 3 or more years of experience in sales, agency management, or related field (Preferred)
- • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- • Proven experience in inside sales, relationship building, and profitable growth strategies
- • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- • Ability to manage virtual agency relationships and perform all duties remotely
- • Experience mentoring or coaching others in a sales or agency environment
🏖️ Benefits
- • Base compensation range of $62,000 - $76,000
