WeMoms, already reaching over 65% of families in France with children aged 0-10, aims to become the premier destination for mothers throughout their journey. This collaboration signifies a new phase of ambitious development, and to fuel this growth, Voodoo is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the WeMoms sales team in Paris.
  • • As a Senior SDR at WeMoms, you will play a pivotal role in driving advertising revenue by forging strong partnerships with agencies and brands. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with significant ownership, primarily focused on outbound prospecting and lead generation. Your core mission will be to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities, effectively opening doors and creating a robust sales pipeline for the Sales Managers and Account Executives.
  • • You will be instrumental in designing and executing the outbound acquisition strategy for WeMoms in the French market. This involves a proactive approach to identifying and targeting strategic accounts. You will meticulously research and prioritize brands and agencies that represent high potential for advertising partnerships. A key part of this will be mapping out the key decision-makers within these organizations, such as Brand Directors, Media Managers, and Digital Leads, to tailor your outreach effectively.
  • • The role demands a proactive and disciplined approach to outbound prospecting. You will be expected to execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, leveraging cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn engagement, and social selling techniques. The emphasis is on building creative, personalized outreach strategies that resonate with potential clients. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities, ensuring consistent and diligent follow-up to nurture leads through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
  • • Beyond just generating leads, you will be responsible for qualifying and structuring these opportunities. This involves deeply understanding the client's business objectives, their specific marketing challenges, and their budget allocation for advertising. You will need to identify the decision-making process and timeline within target organizations to ensure that opportunities handed over to the Sales Managers are of the highest quality. Close collaboration with Account Executives will be crucial to maximize the conversion rates of these qualified leads into paying clients.
  • • Pipeline and performance management are critical components of this role. You will own your prospecting pipeline and key performance indicators (KPIs), maintaining rigorous updates and reporting within the CRM system. Continuous improvement is expected, as you will be tasked with refining your scripts, outreach sequences, and overall messaging based on performance data and market feedback. Your insights and contributions will be valuable in refining the company's outbound processes and establishing best practices for the sales team.
