- • As a Product Operations Manager at Moxie Software Inc., you will own the end-to-end release process and operating rhythm that enables the product team to ship with confidence and scale with impact, directly influencing whether hundreds of medspa providers successfully adopt new features and whether product teams stay aligned.
- • You will own every feature release end-to-end across all product managers—from identifying soft launch candidates and managing feature flags to creating help articles, video walkthroughs, and coordinating full rollouts with zero PM involvement; build and run the product team's operating rhythm including cycle planning, retros, and ensuring action items from Compass are resolved before cycle lock; track feature adoption in Mixpanel for every significant release and create accessible dashboards for PMs; manage complex cross-org releases (like Payroll, Treatment Plans, or e-scripts) by sequencing dependencies and aligning stakeholders across product, sales, ops, and marketing, then document playbooks for scalability; and surface patterns from support tickets and feature requests to build systems that proactively deliver insights to PMs.
- • You will join a remote-first, global team supporting 700+ aesthetic practices nationwide, working alongside 5 product managers and nearly 70 product engineers in a fast-growing product organization where your systems will become the foundation for scaling feature delivery and cross-functional alignment.
- • You will develop deep product expertise, enabling you to answer core workflow questions from PSMs, tech support, or providers without escalation; build scalable processes and release playbooks that work across team sizes; exercise strong judgment on when to escalate versus own decisions; leverage AI tools to draft communications, generate help articles, summarize feedback, and produce video walkthroughs; and drive continuous improvement through documentation, knowledge sharing, and proactive insight delivery to product managers.
