- • As a Senior Product Manager - Machine Learning at Voize Inc., you will turn machine learning capabilities into real user value by defining the ML product roadmap, translating customer and stakeholder signals into actionable priorities, and ensuring measurable improvements in AI-driven healthcare tools that amplify frontline workers’ impact.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning the ML product roadmap for speech and NLP, running structured customer-feedback loops with Sales, Support, and Success teams, defining model evaluation frameworks, partnering with technical leads to ship improvements, enhancing ML data integration, and owning key product KPIs such as transcription accuracy and edit rates.
- • Voize is a fast-growing Berlin-based startup backed by $50M in Series A funding, serving over 2,000 facilities and 200,000 users with AI companions designed to reduce administrative burden in healthcare and give frontline workers more time for human connection.
- • In this role, you will grow your expertise in ML product strategy, stakeholder alignment, and impact-driven development while contributing to a mission that combines cutting-edge technology with meaningful social outcomes in healthcare.
🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive experience in Product Management with a background in speech recognition, NLP, or LLM-based products being a plus
- • Strong technical fluency in ML concepts including evaluation, training data, latency/quality trade-offs, and release mechanics
- • Proven track record of shipping ML-powered products to production with measurable user impact
- • Hands-on experience designing and operationalizing ML model evaluation frameworks
- • Excellent communication in English and German language proficiency at approximately B2 level for customer and end-user interactions
