- • Audit and evaluate the quality of AI-generated conversational responses in Spanish, specifically tailored for Mexican Spanish usage and cultural context.
- • Assess chatbot dialogues against predefined linguistic and qualitative dimensions including accuracy, fluency, coherence, cultural appropriateness, and tone consistency.
- • Apply professional linguistic expertise to identify errors, inconsistencies, or unnatural phrasing in AI-generated text that deviate from native Mexican Spanish norms.
- • Provide detailed, constructive feedback on AI outputs to guide model refinement and improve user experience in Spanish-language conversational AI systems.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision, adhering to standardized evaluation rubrics and quality guidelines provided by the project team.
- • Complete a minimum of 10 hours per week on a fully flexible schedule, choosing when to work based on personal availability without fixed deadlines or shifts.
- • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of AI communication systems by highlighting linguistic nuances, idiomatic expressions, and regional variations unique to Mexican Spanish.
- • Maintain consistent quality standards across all assigned evaluations, ensuring alignment with project-specific linguistic benchmarks and client expectations.
- • Participate in occasional brief training sessions or updates to stay aligned with evolving evaluation criteria or project objectives.
- • Deliver evaluations in a timely manner while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail in every assessment.
- • Work remotely from any location, with no requirement to be physically present in an office or adhere to time zone constraints.
- • Engage with a global team of linguists and AI specialists to support the development of more natural, culturally accurate AI interactions for Spanish-speaking users in Mexico.
- • Contribute to a cutting-edge initiative shaping the future of conversational AI by ensuring linguistic authenticity and user trust in AI-generated content.
🎯 Requirements
- • Professional linguist or holder of an academic degree in translation
- • Native or near-native proficiency in Mexican Spanish
- • Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate written language for accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness
- • Reliable internet access and ability to work independently on a remote, freelance basis
- • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week on a flexible schedule
- • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality standards
