- • Audit and evaluate the quality of AI-generated chatbot conversations in Tagalog to ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and conversational naturalness.
- • Assess conversations based on predefined core dimensions including fluency, coherence, relevance, tone, and adherence to linguistic norms in Tagalog.
- • Provide detailed, constructive feedback on AI model outputs to identify errors, inconsistencies, or unnatural phrasing.
- • Apply academic or professional linguistic expertise to judge whether AI responses align with native speaker usage and regional dialect variations in Tagalog.
- • Maintain consistent evaluation standards across all assigned tasks to ensure reliable and comparable quality metrics.
- • Review diverse conversational contexts such as customer service, informational queries, and casual dialogue to validate AI performance across use cases.
- • Document observations and patterns in AI behavior that may indicate systemic linguistic weaknesses or cultural misalignments.
- • Collaborate with project leads to clarify evaluation criteria and report anomalies or recurring issues in AI-generated responses.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision, adhering to project guidelines and quality benchmarks without direct oversight.
- • Complete a minimum of 10 hours per week on a flexible schedule, choosing work times that suit personal availability, day or night.
- • Deliver high-quality evaluations consistently to maintain eligibility for continued project participation and future opportunities.
- • Contribute to the advancement of conversational AI technology by helping refine models to better serve Tagalog-speaking users globally.
- • Participate in occasional training sessions or briefings to update evaluation protocols or introduce new assessment criteria.
- • Ensure all work complies with confidentiality and data protection standards for AI training data and client information.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native or near-native fluency in Tagalog with proven linguistic proficiency
- • Academic degree in translation, linguistics, or a related field OR professional experience as a linguist or translator
- • Ability to critically analyze and evaluate conversational text for linguistic quality and cultural appropriateness
- • Reliable internet connection and device for remote work
- • Availability to work at least 10 hours per week on a flexible schedule
- • Strong attention to detail and consistency in applying evaluation criteria
