• • As a Delivery Project Manager (L3) at Twilio, you will drive the tactical execution and operational delivery of complex cross-functional projects within Global Operations, transforming strategic vision into operational reality and ensuring initiatives move through the lifecycle with precision and speed.
• • Day to day, you will translate abstract business needs into actionable requirements, cultivate deep partnerships across Global Operations teams, drive project momentum by maintaining accountability for timelines, identify and mitigate risks, generate high-signal status updates in Airtable, and coordinate launch synchronization between Enterprise Technology releases and Global Operations enablement.
