- • Audit and evaluate the quality of AI-generated conversations in Thai, focusing on linguistic accuracy, fluency, and contextual appropriateness.
- • Assess chatbot responses based on predefined core dimensions including grammar, coherence, tone, cultural relevance, and semantic fidelity.
- • Provide detailed feedback on errors or inconsistencies in AI-generated text, highlighting areas for improvement in natural language generation.
- • Apply professional linguistic expertise or academic training in translation to identify subtle nuances in meaning, register, and idiomatic usage.
- • Work independently to complete a minimum of 10 hours per week, with full flexibility to choose work hours at any time of day or night.
- • Contribute to the refinement of AI models by delivering structured, actionable evaluations that directly inform model training and optimization.
- • Ensure consistency in quality assessments across multiple conversation threads and AI model outputs.
- • Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail while reviewing large volumes of conversational data.
- • Follow documented evaluation guidelines and quality metrics provided by the project team without deviation.
- • Communicate clearly and concisely in written form to document findings and recommendations for AI development teams.
- • Participate in occasional brief orientation or calibration sessions to align with evolving evaluation criteria.
- • Remain up to date with evolving Thai language usage, including colloquialisms, regional variations, and digital communication norms.
- • Deliver evaluations in a timely manner to support continuous improvement cycles of the AI systems under review.
- • Maintain confidentiality of all project materials, data, and proprietary AI outputs.
- • Collaborate with a global team of linguists to ensure cross-cultural and linguistic consistency in AI evaluation standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • Professional linguist or holder of an academic degree in translation
- • Native or near-native proficiency in Thai language
- • Strong understanding of Thai grammar, syntax, idiomatic expressions, and cultural context
- • Ability to provide detailed, structured written feedback in English
