- • Support the end-to-end development of company intelligence profiles, including research sourcing, transcript review, and final publication on internal platforms
- • Conduct and/or support expert interviews by preparing interview materials, developing targeted questions, taking detailed notes, and synthesizing post-call insights
- • Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from expert interview transcripts, internal research decks, and external sources to build comprehensive company profiles
- • Interpret market research data and perform validation or supplemental research to strengthen the accuracy and depth of intelligence outputs
- • Collaborate with topic leads, research teams, sales, and offshore teams to align on pipeline companies, deliverables, and research priorities
- • Consolidate insights from multiple interviews and broader market or segment research to produce structured, high-quality drafts of company profiles
- • Perform quality checks on all company profiles to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and completeness in accordance with internal standards
- • Standardize and format content and data using Dedale’s internal frameworks and publishing requirements
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of profile generation workflows and research processes through feedback and process optimization
- • Work with structured data and qualitative inputs to generate actionable intelligence for investors and corporates focused on B2B software markets in North America and Europe
- • Maintain rigorous attention to detail when handling sensitive market intelligence and ensuring compliance with internal data protocols
- • Communicate effectively across teams to clarify research objectives, resolve ambiguities in source material, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables
- • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting tasks as part of daily research activities
- • Leverage Airtable for tracking research inputs, managing interview logs, and organizing profile components where applicable
- • Engage with a diverse, international team of research analysts and planners with backgrounds in business, economics, social sciences, and consulting
- • Operate within a high-performance culture shaped by ex-McKinsey and BCG consultants and advised by leading private equity and growth equity investors
- • Contribute to a research ecosystem that relies on a network of over 10,000 market professionals to deliver on-the-ground strategic intelligence
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management, Economics, or a Social Science (Communications, Journalism, Political Science, International Studies, Sociology)
- • Strong research and analytical skills with ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
- • Excellent written English with precision, clarity, and structural rigor
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- • Experience in qualitative analysis, market research, or technical writing
- • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
