📋 Description
- • The Commissions Specialist role at SentiLink Corporation supports the accurate, timely, and well-documented administration of commission and bonus plans, ensuring financial integrity and stakeholder trust in compensation processes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include administering commission operations across Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, Google Sheets, DocuSign, and NetSuite; reviewing sales documents for commission terms; entering and maintaining deal and participant data; verifying system-generated calculations; resolving discrepancies; responding to stakeholder inquiries; and maintaining documentation and SOPs for commission administration.

The company operates as a digital-first organization with offices in the U.S. and India, supporting remote and hybrid work models.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in revenue accounting, commission systems, and financial controls; gain experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce and NetSuite; strengthen analytical and documentation skills; and contribute to scalable, transparent compensation processes that support global revenue operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, revenue operations, sales operations, contract administration, or a similar detail-oriented business operations role
- • Expert-level fluency in reading and understanding English-language commercial documents, including contracts, order forms, renewals, amendments, and related sales documentation
- • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through, especially when working with financial data and sensitive compensation information
- • Experience using business systems such as Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, Google Sheets / Excel, DocuSign, NetSuite, or similar tools
- • High discretion and sound judgment when working with confidential compensation and commercial information
- • Clear and professional written communication skills, including the ability to respond to basic participant questions and document process steps clearly
