📋 Description

The company has had a fair amount of success with the outside world and in customer traction, particularly on the enterprise.
• We are looking for an Enterprise PR Lead to help tell that story to the audiences that matter most: CIOs, CISOs, CFOs, business leaders, developers, analysts, partners, customers, and the press.
• This role will own communications for Replit’s enterprise marketplace, customer momentum, and business adoption. You will help position Replit as the AI platform that gives every team in an organization the ability to build, ship, and solve problems securely, without waiting months for traditional software cycles.
• The work will span the full range of enterprise communications: product launches, partnership announcements, customer stories, competitive positioning, analyst engagement, executive visibility, conference moments, speeches, thought leadership, vertical storytelling, and proof points that show how enterprises are using Replit to move from idea to production.
• You will work closely with Replit’s sales, partnership, marketing and leadership teams to shape narratives that resonate with both technical and business audiences.
• The right candidate understands the enterprise technology landscape and can operate comfortably across media, analysts, influencers, customers, partners, and internal teams.
• They should be able to explain why Replit matters in a world where AI is changing how software gets built and have the ability to change and evolve fast given the competitive nature of this marketplace.
• Strong writing is essential. So is judgment. This person must be able to take complex ideas such as AI agents, software creation, security, governance, procurement, developer productivity, business transformation, and competitive differentiation, and make them clear, credible, and compelling.
• This is a role for someone who can help Replit punch above its weight in the enterprise conversation and make sure the market understands the scale of what Replit is building.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building relationships with enterprise technology, business, AI, software, developer, and industry press.
• Ability to work directly with customers and partners to develop credible, specific, high-impact stories.
• Comfort partnering with sales, marketing, product, partnerships, and executive teams.
• Strong instincts for positioning in a competitive and fast-moving market.
• Ability to make complex technical topics understandable without flattening what makes them important.
• Ability to move between long-arc narrative building and urgent, same-day turnarounds.
• Strong writing skills across formats, including blog posts, briefing documents, launch materials, bylines, social content, speeches, messaging docs, and customer stories.
• Experience in enterprise communications across one or more areas such as product, partner, customer, vertical, executive, or competitive communications.
• A strong understanding of how C-suite, developers, and business leaders evaluate, adopt, and govern new technology.
• An understanding of AI tools and the changing landscape.
• A genuine interest in how AI can expand who builds software, while understanding the importance of security, governance, and responsible adoption.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment where priorities shift and the market moves quickly.
