• • Leland is seeking an experienced Communication & Public Speaking Coach to work with clients looking to strengthen how they communicate and present themselves.
• • The role includes teaching core presentation skills and effective communication techniques, as well as helping clients build active listening, nonverbal communication, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• • Coaches also guide clients on persuasion and influence, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution, while helping them apply emerging tools like AI fundamentals and AI automation to their communication work.
• • Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in communication, public speaking, or a related field (as a speaker, trainer, or industry professional), a strong track record of helping others communicate with clarity and confidence, and a clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both skill building and real-world application.
