- • Support media outreach, communication campaigns, and external engagement activities for A1’s global brand presence across media, digital platforms, and public channels
- • Research media outlets, creators, podcasts, and relevant platforms across global markets to identify opportunities for coverage and partnership
- • Draft, edit, and refine communication materials including media pitches, talking points, briefing notes, press releases, and social media content
- • Monitor media coverage, online discussions, and industry developments related to artificial intelligence, technology, and consumer tech trends
- • Coordinate interviews, respond to media requests, and manage follow-ups with journalists, influencers, and content creators
- • Help maintain and update communication assets, outreach trackers, CRM documentation, and internal messaging repositories
- • Work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling external messaging and brand positioning
- • Contribute to the development of global communication strategies aligned with A1’s product mission of delivering reliable AI-driven task completion and persistent context
- • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, accessible narratives for diverse public audiences including tech enthusiasts, mainstream users, and media
- • Track the impact of communication initiatives through qualitative and quantitative metrics, adapting strategies based on engagement and coverage outcomes
- • Stay informed about emerging trends in AI, consumer technology, and internet culture to inform content direction and media engagement tactics
- • Operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with minimal oversight, prioritizing tasks and delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines
- • Maintain organizational clarity in documentation and communication workflows to support scalability as the company grows
- • Collaborate across departments to align external narratives with product roadmap, user feedback, and company milestones
- • Contribute to crisis communication readiness by preparing rapid-response templates and messaging protocols for potential public inquiries or media scrutiny
- • Represent A1’s voice in external forums, ensuring tone, values, and technical accuracy are consistently upheld across all public communications
- • Engage with global audiences by tailoring content for cultural and linguistic nuances in international markets
- • Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person events, press launches, and product announcements with precision and attention to detail
- • Ensure all external communications adhere to legal, ethical, and brand guidelines while maintaining a bold, innovative tone reflective of A1’s vision
