Communications Associate

📋 Description

• • As a Communications Associate at OnePay, you will support and execute integrated communications workstreams that shape how the company shows up as a brand both internally and externally, ensuring a consistent and compelling voice across all audiences.
• • You will help coordinate internal communications, manage company-wide meetings like OnePay Live, produce materials, coordinate with presenters, and inform stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• • You will manage and execute social media content for LinkedIn and X, including drafting copy, generating creative assets, and securing approvals from product and legal teams.
• • You will support employee engagement initiatives such as Slack channels, new hire orientation, speaker series, offsites, and in-person gatherings, and serve as a liaison between Corporate Affairs and other teams.
• • You will produce presentations, talking points, and write-ups for company leaders, and develop internal and external communications strategies for events and leadership.
• • You will help oversee administrative workstreams including employee events, policies, and company offsites, contributing to operational smoothness and cultural cohesion.
