- • A Place for Mom is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Community Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Overland Park. This pivotal role is instrumental in ensuring our national network of senior living communities is represented with the most accurate, up-to-date, and valuable information, with a particular focus on pricing.
- • The Community Content Coordinator will be responsible for gathering, verifying, and inputting critical data that directly fuels our high-impact SEO/AIO campaigns. This information is also vital for empowering our field sales teams, providing them with the essential details about each community's offerings to enhance their ability to drive sales conversion rates.
- • A core aspect of this role involves building and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders at our largest partner communities. You will collaborate closely with these contacts to ensure pricing and content remain current and to identify opportunities for collecting new, valuable data types as the needs of the business evolve.
- • You will work hand-in-hand with our Account Management team, acting as a crucial liaison for contact verification and securing customer buy-in for data updates and new initiatives. This collaborative approach ensures data integrity and fosters positive relationships with our community partners.
- • A significant responsibility will be the meticulous uploading of new pricing and other essential data from your assigned accounts into A Place for Mom’s proprietary database. This will involve both manual data entry and the utilization of efficient bulk upload tools, requiring a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- • The role necessitates proactive customer outreach via email, phone, and SMS. You will leverage our CRM system, Salesforce, and Outlook to manage these communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent engagement with our community partners.
- • To ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy, you will be expected to meet weekly outreach and pricing update goals. All interactions and updates must be diligently logged within Salesforce, providing a clear audit trail and performance record.
- • You will play a key role in tracking pricing collection progress and status within Salesforce, utilizing the Cases feature to manage and monitor updates effectively.
- • This position requires proficiency in utilizing various tools to maintain efficiency and accuracy. You will regularly work with Salesforce for CRM functions, Zendesk for potential support interactions, and Tableau for data visualization and analysis, enabling you to understand trends and performance metrics.
- • In addition to data management, you will be expected to perform basic troubleshooting when necessary. This includes identifying potential issues with data entry or system processes and following defined escalation paths to resolve them promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a process-oriented mindset, capable of thinking strategically to identify the best solutions when faced with challenges or escalations. This involves understanding the broader impact of data accuracy and process efficiency on the company's success.
- • Demonstrating strong ownership is crucial. You should be eager to learn quickly, take initiative, be proactive in identifying needs, and assume responsibility for project success from start to finish.
- • An analytical mindset is essential for compiling data from various sources, identifying performance gaps, and diagnosing the underlying drivers to improve team performance. You should be comfortable running reports and manipulating data using Excel.
- • A customer-focused approach is paramount. You must be empathetic, committed to resolving customer requests and concerns in a timely, professional, and effective manner, ensuring a positive experience for our community partners.
- • Excellent communication skills are required, including the ability to deliver clear, concise, and compelling messages both verbally and in writing. Strong professional writing skills and a confident phone presence are vital for effective stakeholder engagement.
