- • Community Engagement Associate at Solace Corporation, a Series C healthcare startup redefining patient advocacy by pairing patients with expert advocates to navigate the complex U.S. healthcare system.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing responses across social media and review platforms (Meta, Reddit, Trustpilot, BBB), collaborating with CX, Marketing, and Clinical Operations teams to triage escalations, identifying trends in customer feedback, owning SLA compliance for response times, and upholding brand tone in all communications.
- • Solace is a mission-driven, U.S.-based team backed by top-tier VC firms including Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, and IVP, focused on improving healthcare outcomes through empathy, accuracy, and service recovery.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare advocacy, community management, and cross-functional collaboration while shaping Solace’s brand voice and contributing to a culture where patients feel supported and empowered.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience in community management, internal communications, or PR with preference for venture-backed tech or consumer startup experience
- • Experience managing internal communication tools, knowledge management, and community platforms
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred; clinical background strongly preferred
- • Strong written communication skills to explain complex healthcare concepts in simple, jargon-free language using Solace’s brand voice
- • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise strong judgment, and uphold professionalism at all times
- • Proactive nature, sense of urgency, and motivation to exceed customer needs
