- • Own full revenue metrics and market share performance for assigned portfolio of manufactured home loan partners, driving growth in applications, funded loans, and average loan size.
- • Diagnose structural growth barriers such as product gaps, pricing constraints, state-specific limitations, or operational friction, and escalate quantified impact to leadership with actionable solutions.
- • Forecast performance trends and proactively develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth targets and defend market share among assigned clients.
- • Serve as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for key client stakeholders, building credible, long-term partnerships through proactive growth conversations rather than reactive support.
- • Expand revenue by onboarding new retail locations and deepening product adoption within existing accounts through strategic account development.
- • Ensure partners are fully trained and operationally aligned with Zippy’s end-to-end loan process—from marketing through funding—to improve pull-through, speed, and borrower experience.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve systemic issues and file-level friction that impact partner performance and borrower outcomes.
- • Track and report on key performance indicators including market share, application volume, funded volume, and revenue trends using accurate, up-to-date data in Salesforce.
- • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene with accurate account and contact information to inform strategic decisions and prioritize time allocation effectively.
- • Represent client insights internally while safeguarding Zippy’s commercial interests, providing structured feedback on product gaps, operational inefficiencies, and revenue opportunities.
- • Influence cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives that unlock growth within your portfolio, aligning product, operations, and engineering efforts with partner needs.
- • Maintain deep expertise in Zippy’s loan process, underwriting standards, technology platform, and funding requirements to serve as a trusted subject matter expert for both clients and internal teams.
- • Balance partner advocacy with Zippy-first business priorities, making decisions that drive sustainable revenue growth while protecting company interests.
- • Continuously seek learning opportunities to strengthen commercial acumen, operational fluency, and industry knowledge to enhance effectiveness in the role.
- • Engage with a remote-first team across multiple U.S. states, contributing to a collaborative culture that values ownership, results, and innovation in the manufactured housing finance space.
- • Participate in virtual and, when necessary, in-person meetings as part of the client engagement and onboarding process.
- • Leverage data-driven insights to identify unrealized potential, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and optimize resource allocation across the portfolio.
