- • As a Community Management Consultant at ModSquad, you will play a critical role in building, maintaining, and empowering digital communities for clients across global markets, leveraging your expertise in social media platforms and community engagement strategies.
- • Day to day, you will brainstorm community growth initiatives, design and execute content calendars, manage customer interactions via tools like Sprout Social and Meta Business Manager, report KPIs, troubleshoot community crises, and collaborate daily with internal teams and clients to improve social ROI and digital experiences.
- • ModSquad is a global provider of digital engagement services, specializing in community management, content moderation, and customer support for brands across gaming, entertainment, tech, and more, operating with a remote-first culture and a commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced skills in community strategy, crisis management, analytics reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, while gaining hands-on experience with emerging social platforms and tools that drive meaningful engagement and brand loyalty.

- • Proactive, self-starter with strong follow-through on initiatives
- • Strong problem-solving, creative writing, and editorial skills
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable delivering both positive and negative feedback
- • Professional experience managing communities on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and X
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with minimum 4 years in social or community management
- • Ability to execute community initiatives, measure results, and adapt programs based on feedback
