📋 Description

• • As a Community Manager at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will be responsible for building and growing the company's organic presence across key platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok—where real conversations about car ownership, insurance, and repairs are happening. Your role is critical in bridging the gap between Jerry’s product and its users by fostering authentic engagement in communities where trust is earned, not bought.
• • Day to day, you will develop and execute community engagement strategies tailored to each platform, including determining when to post, reply, or remain silent; grow and nurture Jerry’s subreddits into trusted, active communities; create scalable content and engagement plans that maintain authenticity while leveraging AI tools where appropriate; collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure brand consistency; and measure impact through sentiment analysis, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation metrics.
