- • As a Community Manager at StackBlitz, you will own and grow both B2B and B2C communities for Bolt.new, setting the standard for community structure, conversation quality, content, and user value while directly influencing product direction through real-time user insights.
- • Day to day, you will design and launch the community ambassador program, identify and nurture power users, curate high-quality build assets (starter apps, templates, prompt packs), manage community channels, moderate discussions, triage product feedback, and translate community insights into action for Product, Engineering, and CX teams.
- • You’ll join a fully remote, globally distributed team at StackBlitz — the innovators behind WebContainers and Bolt.new — a passionate group building the future of software development with over 1 million monthly users relying on their browser-based AI-powered app builder.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in community-led growth, user advocacy, and product-led education, gaining the ability to scale community systems, drive engagement and retention, and shape product evolution through authentic user feedback — all while operating with high ownership in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in building, scaling, and nurturing both B2B and B2C online communities
- • Direct experience designing and running a community ambassador or advocacy program, including recruitment, onboarding, recognition, and quality management

- • Opportunity to join a small team with a big vision, shaping the future of software development
- • Direct influence on product direction and user experience through real-time community insights
- • High-ownership, hands-on role where you build strategy and execute it — no handing off execution
