📋 Description

• • Serve as the primary cultural architect and daily steward of Partyhat’s global community ecosystem across Discord, Telegram, and emerging digital platforms, defining tone, energy, and engagement norms.
• • Recruit, train, and manage a distributed global team of moderators and community champions to ensure 24/7 coverage and consistent brand voice across all channels.
• • Design, launch, and host high-velocity community events including live audio sessions, digital tournaments, interactive campaigns, and real-time engagement rituals that drive retention and excitement.
• • Act as the critical human bridge between users and the product team, synthesizing unstructured chat feedback, sentiment trends, and behavioral patterns into clear, actionable insights for product development.
• • Lead real-time crisis response during high-traffic product launches, technical outages, or market volatility, maintaining calm, authoritative communication to stabilize sentiment and prevent ecosystem disruption.
• • Optimize the new user onboarding experience by designing intuitive entry flows that rapidly educate, welcome, and integrate newcomers into active participation loops within the community.
• • Maintain operational discipline over chaotic multi-channel environments by tracking key engagement metrics, enforcing moderation protocols, and ensuring brand consistency without sacrificing organic culture.
