- • As a Community Manager at Tonal Systems Inc., you will lead and energize the official Tonal member community, shaping its tone, participation, and overall experience to drive deeper engagement and workout consistency. This role goes beyond moderation—you will actively foster a dynamic, motivating, and member-first environment where members feel supported, connected, and inspired.
- • Day to day, you will actively participate in the community by commenting, encouraging, and answering questions; create and guide engaging discussions using content from Tonal channels, coaches, and members; develop 3–5 conversation starters per week; organize and update community resources; partner with coaches to drive engagement; plan and execute monthly challenges; track community trends and sentiment; collect testimonials; and monitor and report on key community metrics such as engagement, activity, and participation.
- • You will be part of the Member Engagement team, reporting to the Director of Member Engagement, and will collaborate closely with coaches, content, marketing, and product teams to amplify community voices, support members in their fitness journey, surface insights, promote content, and strengthen the connection between Tonal and its members.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in community strategy, engagement analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and fitness-focused member programming. You will have the opportunity to directly influence product, content, and marketing decisions through community insights, while helping members build lasting fitness habits and achieve their wellness goals in a supportive, inclusive environment.
